On this website you will find lots of information about BestCamp campsites and holiday parks , facilities, location, prices and availability. We have also compiled a list of frequently asked questions that you can see on this site. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us. The employees of BestCamp are there for you.


Questions about a campsite
If you have a question about a campground or holiday park Best Camp, you can record the most direct contact with the campsite where you have booked / want to book. The employees of the sites have the most knowledge of the site and to inform you. You can ask your questions in Dutch. Click here for an overview of the contact per campsite.

If you have a question about BestCamp, we ask you to send us an email at the following email address: info@bestcamp.nl.

Complaints
Despite the care and effort of BestCamp and affiliated campsites you feel that you have a legitimate complaint regarding your holiday or our service. Complaints about staying log (during your stay) that you initially locally and directly with the management of the park of your stay.
If the complaint still not be resolved to your satisfaction, then you no later than one month after leaving the park you stay the opportunity to submit a complaint by e-mail at the park where you are staying. Click here for an overview of the contact per park.

If your complaint concerns the organization and service of Best Camp, you can mail your complaint to: info@bestcamp.nl. You can also submit your written complaint about BestCamp at Best Camp BVBA, Customer Service Department, 275 Hoofdstraat, 2171 BE Sassenheim, Netherlands. Please state clearly the park/campsite, reservation number and the period in which you are staying at the park. We will do everything to resolve your complaint directly. In a complaint after departure you will get at least a response from us within two weeks.
If you have a complaint / dispute over the shop or booking through Best Camp and you will not look at us, you can submit it also to the Dispute Thuiswinkel. You can submit it via www.sgc.nl.

Your experience we take seriously and be submitted by us to the relevant services. Your complaint will be treated with the utmost care.

Right of withdrawal
We remind you that the entry, booking and reservation you make is legally final. When the contract you conclude with Best Camp the right of withdrawal does not apply.
