Front desk
Camping Aux Rives du Soleil has a friendly and service-oriented reception. Reception staff can help with questions and problems and can advise you on activities and tips on the area. At the front desk, Dutch-speaking staff work. At the front desk you will also find a small shop for the first necessities. Seven days a week, bread can be ordered at reception. From 08:00 this fresh bread can be picked up the following day. During the low season, the reception is open daily from 08:30 to 10:30 and from 14:30 to 18:00. During the high season, the reception is open daily from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. If you want to arrive later than 18:00 then you are advised to telephone by phone (0033 (0) 385 30 33 65), then you can arrive at 21:00 / 21:30. During high season, especially during the busiest weekends, arrivals are possible until 22:00.
Arrival and departure campsites
On the day of arrival you can check in from 13:00. On the day of departure, the camping site must be free by 12 noon.

On the day of arrival you can check in from 15:00. Within one hour of arrival, you must report any defects and / or missing inventory at the reception. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be free by 10:00.
Overheads
Reservation fee: € 18,50
Cancellation Fund: 5% over the rental price
Tourist tax: € 0.33 per person per night
Ecobelasting: € 0.67 per person per night
Day visitor (without overnight stay): € 5, - per person

Fridge: € 5, - per night (minimum 3 nights)

Payment options
At Camping Aux Rives du Soleil you can also be paid at the reception and at the restaurant with the pin. Other facilities (pizzeria and snack bar) can only be paid in cash. However, there is a possibility in the reception to make money.
Pets
At Camping Aux Rives du Soleil, a maximum of two pets per campsite / rental accommodation are allowed. There are also pet-free rental accommodations. The cost of a pet is € 7.50 per night per pet when booking a rental accommodation. For camping sites the whole year amounts to € 3.50 per night per pet.
Day guests / visitors
Guests at Camping Aux Rives du Soleil are allowed to attend guests / visitors. They must report on arrival at reception. The rate for this is € 5, - per visitor per day. If they want to stay overnight, they have to pay the extra person fare (€ 5, - to € 7, - per person per night depending on the period), the tourist tax (€ 0.33 per person per night) and the Ecolabelling (€ 0.67 per person per night). If they stay overnight in a rental accommodation, they pay the cost of a bed linen package (€ 7.50 per person), the tourist tax (€ 0.33 per person per night) and the ecolabel (€ 0.67 per person per night).
Internet
There is free Wi-Fi access at Camping Aux Rives du Soleil. The range of the WiFi network is from the reception to the roundabout at the 'Arc and Ciel' sanitary warehouse. There is therefore the possibility to log on to the Wi-Fi network in the front yard at the house, the whole playground and the first passenger field and the adjacent camping site.
Parking
At Camping Aux Rives du Soleil it is possible to park one car at the campsite / rental accommodation. A second car is possible at a charge (€ 3.00 per night). Other cars can be parked at the visitor parking.
Swimming pool
At Aux Rives du Soleil Camping there are two swimming pools. Great to cool in the Burgundy during the sunny days. The pool has a beautiful sunbathing area with couches and enough shade as desired. In the toddler pool on the playground, the youngest can safely walk their way and splash with water. The swimming pools are open from 15 May to 15 September.
Catering industry
Camping Aux Rives du Soleil features a restaurant, a snack bar and a pizzeria. The opening hours of these can vary in the high and low season. For the current opening hours, please contact reception.
