Reception
Upon arrival, guests can report at the reception of Kompas Camping Nieuwpoort. This is located at the entrance of the campsite. This reception will direct you to the reception of BestCamp Kustpark Nieuwpoort which is located on the campsite itself. The reception of Kompas Camping is open 7 days a week during the season. The BestCamp reception is open from Wednesday until Monday (closed on Tuesdays). During the year, the reception of BestCamp Kustpark Nieuwpoort has varying opening hours. In low season* the reception is open from 09h00 to 12h00 and from 13h00 till 17h00 (on Friday till 19h00). During high season** the opening hours are from 09h00 to 12h00 and from 13h00 to 19h00 (on Sunday till 17h00). The actual opening hours of the reception can be obtained on site.
In case of a late arrival, you can use the bell next to the reception door. This bell is in contact with one of the employees. This employee will welcome you at Camping Nieuwpoort. If you expect to arrive later than 17h00, it is desirable that you indicate this to the reception. Check-in is possible till 22h00 maximum. During your stay you can visit reception for all your questions during your opening hours.
* low season: all periods outside the high season
** high season: Easter holiday, 1 May weekend, Ascension Day, Whitsun, summer and autumn holidays
Arrival and departure
- Camping pitches: check-in high season from 9h to 12h and from 13h to 19h (Sunday until 17h), low season from 9h to 12h and from 13h to 17h (Friday until 19h)
- Rental accommodation: check-in from 16h, check-out before 10h
General costs rental accommodations
- Preference fee: € 15,00
- Cancellation insurance: 5,5% of the total amount and € 5,00 administration costs
- Tourist tax and eco tax: € 1,25 per person per night
Additional costs rental accommodations
- Bed sheets (mandatory): € 7,00 per person
- Final cleaning (mandatory): € 35,00 per rental accommodation
- Consumption of gas/water/elektricity: € 4,00 per night
- Pet (maximum 2): € 7,50 per night
Extra rental items rental accommodations *
- Package bath towels: € 4,50 per package
- Package kitchen towels: € 3,00 per package
- Baby package with bed, bath and chair: € 4,50 per night

At Kustpark NIeuwpoort you can pay with both cash and debit card.
Payment terms
After receiving the booking confirmation, 50% of the total amount must be paid within 2 weeks. The payment of the remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before the date of arrival. When making a reservation within 6 weeks, the total amount due must be paid simultaneously with the reservation.
Pets
At Camping Kustpark Nieuwpoort a maximum of two pets per camping pitch / rental accommodation is allowed. There are also pet-free rental accommodations and pet-free camping pitches. The cost for a pet when booking a rental accommodation is all year round € 7,50 per night (except packages). For bookings on a camping pitch, the costs are € 3,20 per night.
Day guests and visitors
At Camping Kustpark Nieuwpoort day guests and visitors are allowed. They must report on arrival at the reception. If they want to stay overnight on a camping pitch they must pay the extra person fare (€ 4,95 per person per night) and the tourist tax (€ 1,25 per person per night). When visitors want to stay overnight in an rental accommodation they must pay the costs for bedlinen (€ 7,00 per person) and the tourist tax (€ 1,25 per person per night).
Internet / WiFi
At Kustpark Nieuwpoort you can use Wi-Fi for a fee. This allows you to use internet in your accommodation or at your camping pitch during your stay. Upon arrival you can ask for a modem at the reception of Kompas Camping Nieuwpoort. You place this modem in your rental accommodation to receive internet. In the reception of Kompas Camping you can also use free internet on the computer. In the Maldives and Caraïbes mobile homes you have free Wi-Fi access.
Parking
At Camping Kustpark Nieuwpoort one car is included at the price for the campingpitch / accommodation. Other cars can be parked on the visitor parking.
The swimming pool
At Camping Kustpark Nieuwpoort, there are two heated outdoor swimming pools with a slide where water fun is guaranteed. The large bath has a long slide that is favorite with all children. There is a special paddling pool for the little ones. While you enjoy the sun, the children enjoy themselves in the water. The swimming pools have varying opening hours during the season (from the end of April to mid-September). You can request the current opening hours at the reception desk.
Catering and shopping
Camping Kustpark Nieuwpoort features a restaurant, a (snack)bar, a shop and a bakery. Opening hours may vary in high and low season. For the current opening hours you can contact the reception.
